We are pleased to offer Free shipping across Morocco. Every Lona Ben creation is meticulously packaged in our Casablanca atelier before being entrusted to you. Please allow a standard delivery window of 2 to 4 business days from the confirmation of your order.
Payment
For your peace of mind, we prioritize Payment on Delivery. You only settle your order at the moment you receive it in person. This payment method ensures a secure, frictionless transaction that respects your convenience.
Return Policy
The quality of our handcrafted leather creations is our absolute priority. However, should your piece not entirely meet your expectations, you have 14 days following receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by all accessories, including the protective dustbag and tags. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
